Aubrey Warren established Influence 3 after more than 15 years as a corporate trainer, postgraduate educator, writer and executive coach. Aburey's goal is to help people develop professionally and personally so they can become more effective. His training and coaching is designed to "educate, equip and encourage" people, teams and organisations to connect, communicate and collaborate.
Aubrey is a Situational Leadership® master trainer and Influence 3 is the Australia and New Zealand Training Partner for The Center for Leadership Studies. For 20 years Aubrey has helped individuals and teams develop practical and sustainable leadership skills, working with organisations in the private and public sectors across Australia, as well as internationally, and across a wide range of industries.
Aubrey has taught communication and leadership in the highly-rated MBA, Exective MBA and Digital MBA programs at QUT's Graduate School of Business for more than 20 years, and is a regular contributor to QUT Business School's Executive Education and coaching programs.
He has published the Situational Leader e-newsletter since 2007 and in 2015 his book Conversations at Work: Promoting a culture of conversation in a changing workplace (co-authored with Dr Tim Baker) was released by Palgrave Macmillan.
An experienced corporate educator, Aubrey's accreditations include Situational Leadership®, DiSC and DiSC Agile EQ, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0, The Leadership Circle (360), the Team Management Profile, and he is a certified AQ ai (Adaptability) coach. Aubrey holds a Master of Business degree, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is a member of the Association for Coaching.
